  2. I'm going to make this, what a wonderfully creative way to eat a croissant AND scrambled eggs. Can I ask where you got the frying pan from? I've been looking for one like that instead of Teflon coated. We don't have a great range here in Aus.

  3. wow donal… I cooked this one on brunch this sunday and it was a SUCCESS. It tasted soooooo good, it was so fresh, everyone enjoyed it very much and it kept us full for hours hahahaha Thank you for the recipe! I intend to try all of them!

  4. I'm surprised you didn't use milk with the egg, but since you cooked it on a low heat you still got that creaminess. Going to try this tomorrow, thanks for sharing!
