  1. Thank you for this recipe. Word of advice: My guests loved the pudding and sauce. Unfortunately the créme fraiche I chose was a bit more acidic than expected which kinda ruined the experience. So make sure to test it, and consider letting your guests add it themselves to their liking.

  2. Irish butter is hard to find in my neck of the woods (Midwest US). Will this recipe work with more readily available commercial butter, like Land O' Lakes?

  3. I'm totally going to make this pudding. Normally I would say that I'm more of a food tutorial stocker, but you had me at butterscotch. Can't wait to see how it works out. Thanks for the wonderful recipe ideas and fabulous tutorials.
