  1. actually if you do this exercise very slow and concentrating on squeezing your chest, it is one of the best exercise for your pecs. if you use momentum, then this exercise is useless.

  2. @J4AProductions heey there. im jed hassell and i saw your comment.. i know you wernt asking me but i am in the early stages of bodybuilding etc.. I take pure protein and creatine. i find the creatine helps me mentaly down the gym to stay more focust.. and the protein is awsome ans it is a high carb one so i will put on weight in all the right places (Y)
