  2. Shouldn't this be done in a weight that allows you to do 15-20 reps? As far as I know, this excercise is way better if you perform long reps. If this is right you should have said that cause some people think low reps and heavy ass weight work better for this one which I'm 99.9999% sure is wrong.

  3. @Machshefaechad adam rose isnt that good, he doesn't teach people what to do and how to do it properly, he just shows off his abilities (muscles) and thats it. someone that can help with bodybuilding is sixpackshorcuts.

  4. Are your Abs Biggerr?? Scott, I don't get a pump from this workout.. I did what u said, Core Nice&tight, biceps Squeezed.. Still no pump and with dumbells I get good pump..
